New Dossal Cloth in the Church

What is a "dossal cloth" you might ask? Most of us never knew the name for it before now, but it is the cloth hanging behind the cross above the altar table, which accentuates the cross. The previous one was getting worn so a whole group of people worked together to purchase new fabric, sew, treat, and hang. The cloth was dedicated during worship on 9/19. The Doughty's also put together a beautiful flower arrangement for the Table that day!  Many thanks to Dan and Ruth Doughty, Barbara and Tom Nelson, Sharon Obie, and Chuck Kamilewicz for spearheading this project!
