Inquirer's Classes Have Begun

We began our Fall inquirer's classes today after worship with three couples along with all of their children ... which also turned out to be a fun play date! It was great learning more about each other, as well as delving into the Peoples Membership Covenant that is based on the vows new members take out of the United Methodist Hymnal and what it means to "belong" to a church family. The group will continue to meet for several more classes as we learn more about history and organization of Peoples, ways to connect and grow in our faith and commitment to serve at Peoples, what is unique about Methodist beliefs, and what is different about Methodism from other Christian denominations. Those who would like to become members will join on Sunday, November 14 so please attend and show your support!  In addition, current members are encouraged to reflect on the vows you have taken, and to renew those vows during worship on November 14.
